The small print and exceptions - not much:

* Buyers Representative Closing Credit offer is based upon the final purchase price and a percentage of my portion of the buyers representative commission side received, from the property upon closing and funding.

The amount of Closing Credit is at my discretion and based on a case by case basis.

Not available if working another agent or referral agents or other commission agreements are involved and may not be combined with any other offers. Credit does not apply to Auction property. Credit does not apply to any bonus.  Ocean Reef Club is Excluded. I act as a transaction broker whenever offering buyer credit when selling my own listing. When representing buyers on My own listing, credit is based on one half of the total commission.  Credit will be disclosed to all parties of the transaction and will be reflected on the closing documents.
